As a ninja, in a certain village there is a bridge over a pit of sharp rocks. Every night, a ninja will leap from the bridge to a trap made of blankets. Once the trap is triggered, the ninja will slip and fall into the water below. If the ninja can avoid the trap, they will slide to the other end of the bridge, upward on to a new trap. However, if the ninja falls into the water, they will drown. Unfortunately, no one has ever made it to the other side.

If the ninja can break through the blankets and remain on the bridge, they will be encountering 15 traps (1 per each night until they complete the task). Each time the ninja avoids the trap, the trap will retract after a short time, but the ninja will slip off the edge and be liable to fall into the water. If the ninja falls into the water, they will be travelling to a certain death. Thankfully, when the ninja has escaped the first trap, it will be replaced with a series of actual moving pieces instead of a blanket trap. If the ninja escapes from the blanket traps, they will encounter a new ninja at the end of the bridge. If the new ninja is defeated, they will be replaced by a new trap.
